Article 2 (Purchase and Delivery of the Pass)

Whether purchased online or at the counter of a participating ski resort, this pass will be handed over only after payment of the purchase price has been completed. If the Corporation is unable to issue or deliver the pass for reasons attributable to it, the full amount will be refunded. In addition, no compensation will be provided even if business operations or operating periods are changed due to snow conditions, weather conditions, event hosting, equipment failures, etc.
