Payment timing

Delivery

• Shipping (Shiga Kogen, Nozawa Onsen): shipped in sequence from mid-November 2026 after payment is confirmed
• Pick-up (Madarao Kogen, Ryuoo, Tangram, Togakushi, The Cupid of Romance): at the ski resort counter after the resort opens for the season. Photo ID required; the pass holder must collect it in person

Returns and cancellations

• Due to the nature of the pass, cancellations, returns, or refunds for the customer's convenience are not accepted once the purchase is complete (Terms of Use, Article 3)
• If the seller exceptionally agrees to a refund, the following fee will be deducted from the refund: a card processing fee equivalent (3.6% of the amount paid) for credit card payments, or the applicable bank transfer fee for bank transfer payments (Terms of Use, Article 3).
• No compensation is provided for changes to operating conditions or periods due to snow, weather, or equipment issues
• Lost or damaged passes can be reissued only at the issuing resort (¥1,000 fee)
• If the seller is unable to issue or deliver the pass for reasons attributable to it, the full amount will be refunded
